Baltimore Spirits Company was founded in 2014 with the intention of bringing Maryland Rye production back to it’s historic home and birthplace. BSC is a historic pot-still operation, and all Rye whiskey is distilled in house. Epoch Rye incorporates 25% malted Rye grain and requires multiple yeasts strains to achieve its rich flavor profile. Epoch Rye is a 5x Double Gold winner and finalist for Best in Class at San Francisco World Spirits Competition, the most competitive competition in the US.

McClintock Distilling was founded to create the highest quality spirits from organic, non-gmo grains that are stone milled, fermented, distilled and aged from scratch in our Frederick Distillery. McClintock is dedicated to a focus on traditional agriculature and sustainable practices to restore the heritage, history and excellence of Maryland Whiskey. Tobacco Barn Distillery is located on a working farm in St. Mary’s County, Maryland. We use time-honored distilling methods and local grains to achieve our traditional approach to the production of our spirits. Our small batch, hand-crafted spirits are made with locally sourced ingredients and truly “farm to bottle”. We grow our corn and source other grains from the nearby farm community. All our products are mashed, fermented, distilled, and bottled onsite. We are proudly committed to running a sustainable distillery.
