Baltimore Spirits Company was founded in 2014 with the intention of bringing Maryland Rye production back to it’s historic home and birthplace. BSC is a historic pot-still operation, and all Rye whiskey is distilled in house. Epoch Rye incorporates 25% malted Rye grain and requires multiple yeasts strains to achieve its rich flavor profile. Epoch Rye is a 5x Double Gold winner and finalist for Best in Class at San Francisco World Spirits Competition, the most competitive competition in the US.

Epoch Rye is a historic Maryland Rye distilled using traditional pot-stills. The stills and unique mash bill create an intense depth of profile and fruitier spirit than is traditionally associated with rye. Cherry, apricot, cedar, and toasted sugar.
